driving licence details.

3. We use your personal information to improve our products/services. We will only contact you with your consent.

4. We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third party for commercial reasons.

5. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent

unauthorised access in accordance with the UK data protection legislation.

We do not collect sensitive information about you except when you specifically knowingly provide it. In order to maintain the

Cancellation/Refund Policy

1. Medusa School of Motoring provide driving lessons to learner drivers. Where payment is made in advance via credit/debit

card, a refund can only be made if the buyer has not yet completed their driving lessons and at least 24 hours notice has been

given for cancellation of a driving lesson.

2. Refunds will not be given for deposits secured by Credit/Debit Card for an intensive driving course.

3. Any valid refund request received by Medusa School of Motoring will be processed within 3 working days of the request.
